Each order is thoughtfully prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days from the time your order is placed. We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS to ensure your package arrives safely and efficiently.

If you place multiple orders within the same day and would like them combined, please reach out to us at rootedjoyfully@gmail.com and we will gladly assist you. If eligible, a refund for one of the shipping charges will be issued upon request.

Please note that once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, any delays or issues in transit will need to be addressed directly with USPS or UPS. Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of carrier delays.
