Joyfully Rooted began in a season of prayer and surrender.

Back in 2021, Zoey—the founder of Joyfully Rooted—began sensing a call to ministry. With a background in Business Administration and currently pursuing a Master’s in Theological Studies, she knew God was leading her somewhere, even if the path was not yet clear. During that time of waiting and discernment, Zoey often prayed that God would help her become joyfully rooted exactly where He wanted her to be. Slowing down with the Lord in the middle of life’s big decisions became the foundation for what would later become Joyfully Rooted.

Her love for fashion started long before the brand. Growing up, Zoey and her sister were always doing outfit checks, sharing jewelry, and dreaming about starting an online boutique. What once felt like simple fun would eventually become part of a bigger vision. Over time, Zoey noticed how naturally young women connect through fashion and jewelry. Outfits and accessories often create spaces for conversation, community, and shared interests. That realization sparked a deeper idea: what if those same spaces could also encourage spiritual growth?

In a world that often feels dark and overwhelming, God’s Word is the light that guides us, strengthens us, and reminds us who we belong to.
